• Loyalty check-ins: phone numbers submitted at loyalty touchpoints, stored to record visit counts.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the QR Code system, share questionnaire responses with the relevant client, provide analytics, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Questionnaire responses are shared with the client who owns the questionnaire. We use third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, database and email) that process data on our behalf under their own terms.
