These terms govern your use of the Twisted Olive Marketing website and QR Code services ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

We provide QR Code landing pages, questionnaires, multi-link pages, and related tools for our clients. Features may change from time to time as we improve the Service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

Client content

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the information they upload (logos, links, PDFs, questionnaires) and for obtaining any consents required from the people who interact with their QR codes.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twisted Olive Marketing will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
